So she’s uniquely qualified to buy and sell properties all over Southern Indiana, including Floyd, Clark, Scott, and Harrison counties.

In early 2015, when Stephannie was with RE/MAX First, she was given the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award for selling more than $1 million in gross commissions during her career. Since June 2015, she has been with Schuler Bauer, where she represents new construction for Schuler Homes and CB Properties, as well as handling a large volume of other listings. Stephannie is based at the Schuler Bauer New Albany office, at 4206 Charlestown Rd.

Stephannie earned her real estate license at Ivy Tech. She also has an associate’s degree in journalism and a certificate in supervision, both from Indiana University Southeast, and she has a B.S. degree in Labor Relations from Indiana University Kokomo. She currently serves on the Southern Indiana Real Estate Association Board of Directors, and she’s active with local pet-rescue organizations.

Stephannie lives on a small farm in Memphis, IN, with ducks, chickens, two turkeys and 5 dogs, as well as her husband and daughter. How does she really feel about real estate? “I’m blessed to have a career where I can be successful and help people achieve their dreams at the same time. I’m so grateful for my clients and the support of my family and business partners.”
